About Us
Vasz Books was founded in 2009 by author and entrepreneur Marvin Vasquez.
It is a publishing company with a twist! While traditional publishers spend months on end fielding inquiries from new authors and occasionally soliciting material, Vasz Books accommodates the fast-paced nature of contemporary media in a new and innovative way.
Simply put, we are the main vehicle for authors of non-English books seeking to reach a broader reader base. We work with authors both locally and abroad to expand their literature in the North American market. The majority of our books have already been published in another language (typically Spanish), and we then combine the magic of translation, public relations, and marketing to make those books a hit here in the US.
Our mission is to work with authors both new and experienced, with or without a published book.
We offer a great history of experience in publishing. Our diverse team currently includes a wide variety of editors, media professionals, and marketing staff. We have the ability to distribute books to all the major book stores, including Barnes & Noble, Borders, Powell's, Target, and many more. We also attend book fairs and market books electronically to a global audience.
